Vanity Salon & Spa Policies


Arriving to your appointment: 

Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early for hair services and 15 minutes for new massage or skincare services. We value our client’s time and we try our best to stay on schedule when it comes to our appointments. If a client is late for an appointment, we will try our very best to accommodate them, but please understand that sometimes we may have to reschedule. If you are running late, please give us a call and we can let you know if we will be able to still see you.


Bringing children with you to your appointment can be difficult. We try to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment in our salon and spa, and children can disrupt that atmosphere to our clients. Bottom line, we truly want to focus on you during your appointment, so please leave your kiddos at home!

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. If you no-show for an appointment, a credit card may be required to schedule any future appointments with us and a fee of $25 may be applied to your next visit. We hate to do this, but no-shows can really hurt us! If something comes up last minute, please give us a call to let us know that you cannot make it, and we will be very understanding.

Walk Ins:

We can accept walk-ins, however, it is ALWAYS best to make an appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will have any availability. So if you know that you need to come in and see us, please make an appointment so that we can be sure to accommodate you! We can sometimes accommodate same day appointments, so just give us a call.


We gladly accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not take checks.

Product Returns:

We are happy to return or exchange *unopened* or defective hair products purchased at Vanity. Cosmetic sales are final. We do not refund or exchange opened products.
